Number 8
Just yesterday in my blog post I revealed that B was a Rabbi. I mentioned that he was probably a very good Rabbi, though he didn’t always act so rabbinic around the house. Well, I was surfing the web, as I often do when the family is out of the house, and lo and behold what did I learn at Newsweek.com? Well apparently B has been recognized on a list of top 25 pulpit rabbis in the United States. The criteria for being on this list is based on inspirational abilities; leadership within the congregation, movement and the community; and skills in meeting the spiritual and personal needs of congregants. Believe it or not B is number 8 on this prestigious list.
Of course I don’t really understand what all of that means. To me, B is just a really nice human that takes me for walks, feeds me and yells at me every so often. As a dog, my needs are very easily met, so if I was putting together a list of top 25 dog owners in the United States, B would definitely be number 2. Hallie is number 1, because she helps me so much with my blog and you never want to bite the hand that feeds you!
